Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Billing Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Maintain direct bill receivables
- Correspond with business associates regarding open receivables
- Research and resolve billing and policy issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Analyze and interpret accounting journals, policies, and procedures
- Prepare journal entries
- Perform SOX compliance duties
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Position Requirements
- Keyboarding 35+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volume workloads
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work well under deadlines and pressure
- Team oriented with strong work ethic and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounts receivable, collections, or insurance experience
- Guidewire Billing Center experience
