What You’ll Do

• Perform evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions.
• Convert cash based clients to plans of care
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with clients about their progress and plan of care.
• Participate in weekly clinical training and mentorship.
• Contribute to workshops, community events, and practice growth initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve complex clinical problems.
