Duties

• Perform wood repairs and wood replacements on residential properties
• Perform Local treatments to control termites.
• Interact with customers and other employees.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work off of ladders and on top of roofs.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws.

Skills

• Experienced with wood repairs and wood replacements.
• Knowledge of treatment techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely with a valid driver’s license and good record
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift and carry weight for extended periods
• Basic understanding of termite control

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
