CDL Truck Driver– Entry Level Full Time

Full Job Description

Overview

Looking for new and experienced CDL-A driver based in or near Des Moines with strong Midwest route knowledge—especially Chicago lanes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run Midwest routes (IA, IL, surrounding states)
  • Drive both manual & automatic trucks
  • Haul reefer loads (must have prior reefer experience)
  • Work directly with an owner-operator

Schedule:

  • Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday departures (overnight runs)
  • Pick up & return next day
  • Home every other night

Pay:

  • $200 per leg ($400 per round trip)
  • Average ~$1,200/week

Requirements:

  • CDL Class A
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Comfortable with manual transmission
  • Proven reefer experience
  • Solid work history (we value consistency & reliability)

Pay: $1,200.00 per week
