Fullstack Engineer (Java/React) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to build and scale modern web applications across backend and frontend layers. This role combines strong Java engineering, cloud-native development on AWS, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
• Contribute to frontend development using React for internal tools and user-facing applications
• Write efficient, thread-safe code using Java concurrency and multithreading best practices
• Champion AI-augmented development by applying tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar to enhance coding, testing, and documentation workflows
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted SDLC, including prompt design, code validation, and integration patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack or backend-focused development with strong Java expertise
• Proficiency in Spring Boot for microservices and API development
• Hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, infrastructure-as-code)
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real-world development environments
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, concurrency, and scalable system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React and modern frontend development practices
• Exposure to AI platforms or cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures or messaging systems
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or data-related tasks
• Domain experience in financial services or asset management is a plus
