Car Wash Manager Full Time NEW

We’re looking for strong leaders who are ready to grow their careers. Management or supervisory experience is required, but we’ll provide you with the training and tools you need to succeed.

We are hiring at various levels of management. As Manager, you’ll partner with our management team to ensure smooth, customer-focused operations at one of our busy locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Leading by example—training, coaching, and evaluating employees.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized location in line with company policies.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge in any of the following areas: general mechanical repair, customer service, or management.
• Friendly and energetic leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience (required).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A team-first mindset and the desire to grow into higher leadership roles.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time/entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
