Paid Social Specialist (Remote)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Paid Social Specialist to support execution and optimization across our paid social channels.
You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to launch campaigns, implement testing strategies, analyze performance data, and execute optimizations. This is an ideal role for someone who understands media buying fundamentals and wants to grow into more strategic ownership over time.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution
- Build, launch, and QA campaigns
- Support implementation of testing frameworks (creative, audience, structure)
- Upload creatives, manage naming conventions, and maintain clean account organization
- Assist with daily budget pacing and spend allocation
Optimization Support
- Monitor core KPIs (CVR, CAC, ROAS, MER)
- Identify performance trends and suggest optimizations
- Pause underperforming ads and consolidate winners
- Assist with retargeting and prospecting adjustments
- Support scaling efforts as performance allows
Data & Reporting
- Pull performance reports from Meta and other platforms
- Analyze trends in Northbeam (or similar attribution tool)
- Reconcile platform data vs blended attribution
- Support weekly and monthly reporting
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with creative team on performance feedback
- Communicate insights clearly and concisely
- Support campaign testing timelines and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on experience in paid social
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (required)
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager (a plus)
- Familiarity with attribution tools like Northbeam (or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and drawing insights
- Detail-oriented with strong QA skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with subscription or DTC brands
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
