Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor (Remote – West Region)

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base, plus eligibility for a discretionary monthly bonus

Experience: Senior-level processing; builder experience strongly preferred

What You’ll Do

This candidate will be responsible for the entire end‑to‑end mortgage loan process, gathering and processing all loan documentation and ensuring full compliance with policy, regulatory requirements, and loan terms.

• Review and prepare mortgage loan files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain and verify borrower information by contacting verification sources and sending required forms.
• Order and track credit reports, appraisals, title work, and all supporting documentation.
• Identify deficiencies in loan files and communicate issues to underwriters and supervisors.
• Prepare closing statements and calculate principal, interest, and closing costs; communicate details to borrowers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of borrower and loan information.
• Stay current on industry trends and guidelines through ongoing training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of recent mortgage industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA programs.
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Residency in the Pacific time zone.
