Head of Natural Gas
An established and expanding energy platform is seeking a Head of Natural Gas to lead commercial growth across its North American gas business.
This role will focus on developing and executing structured gas transactions, building long-term commercial relationships, and expanding the platform’s origination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination and execution of structured natural gas transactions
- Develop long-term commercial agreements with producers, utilities, and end users
- Identify and structure physical and financial gas supply solutions
- Work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to optimize the gas portfolio
- Build and expand the firm’s origination strategy and commercial network
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of experience in natural gas origination or commercial gas marketing
- Proven track record executing structured gas supply and offtake agreements
- Strong network across producers, utilities, and industrial gas buyers
- Deep understanding of North American natural gas markets and logistics
