Duties

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying delivery details and maintaining inventory integrity in the warehouse
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing questions, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the company professionally
• Plan and follow optimized routes to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist with warehouse tasks including moving stock, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, pickups, load/unload activities, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks and other vehicles preferred
• Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, heavy lifting, and equipment operation such as hand dollies or pallet jacks
• Ability to lift heavy items safely repeatedly throughout shifts and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, warehouse operations, and equipment handling
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
