The Park Ward Village is seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join our inaugural Amenities team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a balance of hands-on work and resident interaction, combining responsibilities in both hospitality-style service and cleaning support.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the initial team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, readiness, and overall experience of shared amenity spaces within a premier luxury residential community. All new hires will participate in a comprehensive, paid training program during onboarding, designed to ensure consistency in cleaning standards, amenity operations, safety protocols, and resident engagement.

The Company:
Located directly adjacent to the 3.5-acre Victoria Ward Park, The Park Ward Village is a newly constructed 41-story luxury residential condominium situated at the intersection of Ward Avenue and Auahi Street in the vibrant, award-winning Ward Village neighborhood. The building features 546 residential units with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. The property also boasts one of the community’s largest amenity decks, offering residents a resort-style experience with swimming pools, fitness pods, tennis and pickleball courts, sophisticated social club rooms, and a comprehensive indoor fitness center with locker rooms, dedicated yoga and Pilates studios, and a treatment room for wellness and recovery. Additional features include guest suites for visiting friends and family, as well as pet-friendly amenities such as a dog run and dog wash.

The Position:
The Amenities Attendant plays a dual role supporting both the cleanliness and the day-to-day operation of shared amenity spaces. This role combines resident-facing service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable amenity experience—with housekeeping responsibilities, ensuring spaces are clean, reset, and ready for use.

Successful candidates will be comfortable performing routine cleaning tasks while also interacting with residents in a professional and courteous manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• RESIDENT SUPPORT & RESERVATIONS: Assist residents and guests with amenity reservations, arrivals, usage, and departures. Provide basic instructions, communicate policies, and ensure reservation times and space readiness are properly managed
• AMENITY CLEANING, RESET & PRESENTATION: Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of amenity spaces, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, restocking supplies, and preparing areas for the next reservation. Partner with the Housekeeping team to ensure all spaces consistently meet cleanliness and luxury presentation standards
• AMENITY MONITORING & OPERATIONS: Monitor amenity areas to ensure safe and orderly use. Conduct routine walkthroughs to verify readiness, enforce capacity and safety guidelines, and support overall day-to-day operations
• FACILITY SUPPORT & COORDINATION: Identify and report maintenance needs, damages, or recurring issues. Ensure equipment and amenity systems are functional and coordinate with Maintenance and other team members as needed

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a minimum of two (2) years of hospitality or customer service employment experience.

Amenities Attendants will use condominium operation software called BuildingLink. It is essential that candidates are comfortable using technology and are able to navigate the use of an iPad tablet on a regular basis.

Additional language skills in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin are a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift up to approximately 35 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and cleaning for extended periods. Candidates must be comfortable working in both active, hands-on cleaning and resident-facing environments. Availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts is required.
