THE POSITION
Join our dynamic team as a Manager, Quality Improvement, where you will lead initiatives to enhance performance and drive excellence across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead quality improvement projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. North Carolina Registered Nurse Required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Related Healthcare Field required; Masters Degree preferred; At least three years management experience in healthcare quality; CPHQ or CPPS preferred.
