Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Head of Talent to support a fast-growing network of home service franchise businesses across the United States.

This role is focused on building teams from the ground up. You will work directly with leadership and franchise owners to help them hire high-quality talent quickly across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across multiple markets and roles
• Create, post, and manage job listings across platforms
• Proactively identify and engage top talent for sales, operations, and field roles

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews
• Evaluate candidates for both role fit and culture fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner

Hiring Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support offer negotiations and hiring decisions
• Assist with onboarding coordination as needed

Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain a database of strong candidates in key markets
• Develop scalable recruiting strategies to support rapid growth
• Ensure roles are filled quickly without compromising quality

Qualifications

·        2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house preferred)

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·        Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

·        Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and urgency

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant change

·        Experience recruiting for sales, operations, or blue-collar roles is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance-Based Earnings: Additional compensation based on performance (TBD)
