Role Summary

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be the engine of our growth, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You don’t need years of experience—just a strong sales acumen, a “can-do” attitude, and a desire to learn the ropes of the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities within target industries.
• Multichannel Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social media outreach (LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.
• Relationship Building: Act as an “excellent talker” by initiating meaningful conversations, uncovering prospect pain points, and presenting TDS solutions as the answer.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team to schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Sales Acumen: A natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and think on your feet.
• Communication Powerhouse: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you should be comfortable and professional over the phone.
• Tech Savvy: High proficiency with computer operations and the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM tools.
• Self-Starter: A resilient attitude with the grit to handle objections and meet daily outreach targets.
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right drive.
