Supply Chain Logistics Manager Full Time NEW

Mabē is a fast-growing baby carrier brand focused on creating beautifully designed, highly functional products for modern parents. Our products have seen strong organic demand across DTC and wholesale channels, and we’re scaling quickly across the U.S. and Canada.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end operations—from manufacturing through final delivery—across multiple warehouses and sales channels.

This role is responsible for ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time—without tying up unnecessary cash. You’ll manage freight and 3PL performance while building scalable systems to support rapid growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with leadership, finance and wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Supplier Management

• Manage POs, production timelines, and inbound shipments from manufacturers
• Communicate regularly with factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Identify risks and delays early and propose solutions

Logistics & Freight

• Oversee international and domestic freight (ocean, air, parcel)
• Optimize shipping costs, transit times, and routing decisions
• Manage customs, duties, and cross-border logistics (U.S./Canada)

Warehouse & 3PL Management

• Own relationships with 3PL partners (e.g., ShipHero or similar systems)
• Monitor fulfillment performance (SLAs, accuracy, cost per order)
• Ensure proper inventory allocation across warehouses (DTC vs. B2B)

Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve and maintain inventory systems within Shopify, Luminous, and 3PL tools
• Build reporting dashboards for inventory health, sell-through, and forecasting accuracy
• Create scalable processes as the business grows
