We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager who will support WVP’s acquisition efforts in both analyzing new opportunities and playing a significant role in deal execution and due diligence. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong financial analysis and valuation skills, prior experience in an M&A or transaction-related role (investment banking, private equity, consulting, capital markets, etc.), excellent communication and time management skills, ability to take the initiative on tasks, a positive and goal-oriented attitude, and a desire to work with, learn from, and help others.
This role is based in Denver, Colorado and will require in office two days a week.
The position will report directly to the Vice President of Development and work closely with senior executives, selling owners, and various stakeholders to drive successful transactions that align with WVP’s strategic decision making.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $140,000 -$160,000 (inclusive of bonus). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
