**Key Responsibilities**
Formulate and execute the company’s financial strategy, supporting long-term corporate development goals and business plans.
Oversee corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and business analysis to ensure the optimal allocation of resources.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Manage corporate cash flow, capital planning, and financing activities to safeguard financial security and liquidity.
Establish and refine financial management systems, internal control frameworks, and risk management mechanisms.
Monitor operating costs, profit margins, and key financial performance indicators to drive cost optimization and profit growth.
Manage tax planning, tax compliance, and audit-related activities.
Participate in the financial evaluation and due diligence of investment, financing, M&A, and capital operation projects.
Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Lead financial team building, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
Monitor industry dynamics, market trends, and changes in regulatory policies to support the company’s growth and development.
**Job Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree or higher; a major in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role.
Proficiency in corporate financial management, budgetary control, treasury management, and financial analysis.
Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent data analysis and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in the SaaS, FinTech, Internet, Manufacturing, or Public Company sectors is preferred.
