Senior Accountant – Budget Analysis & Forecasting Full Time NEW

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop, and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost summaries and variance analysis.
• Track & manage fixed and variable costs to maintain budgetary discipline.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
• Work closely with project managers & department heads to align budgets with operational needs.
• Work & coordinate with external stakeholders & banks to ensure smooth banking transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics/ Business Administration/Management.
• 3-5 years of professional financial experience and background.
• Expertise in preparing, managing & analyzing budgets.
• Proficiency in cost analysis, reduction strategies and control mechanisms.
• Experience with audits & ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Professional & advanced / Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Thorough understanding financial requirements & regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create annual budget reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
