Position Summary
Judi Health is seeking an experienced Senior Director, HR Business Partners to lead our HRBP function and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into effective people practices, leading a high-performing HRBP team, and ensuring consistent, compliant execution of core HR programs.
This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, Legal, and HR Centers of Excellence to drive strong people outcomes while maintaining clarity of ownership across the HR operating model.

The compensation ranges listed represent the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and location of the job.

Remote, US Salary Range: $185,000 USD – $265,000 USD
New York, NY Salary Range: $235,000 USD – $265,000 USD
Denver, CO Salary Range: $215,000 USD – $240,000 USD
