Description: Greet customers and help them gain admission into yard while educating them on rules and policies. Identifies and computes charges for merchandise or services and receive payments. Answers telephones to provide information about the company to our customers ensuring a safe, orderly and rewarding experience every time.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and talk or hear. While doing this job the employee will be primarily on thier feet for long periods of time. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.
