Overview

As a Media Coordinator, you will work closely with the Consumer Communications (C2) group in developing and implementing integrated media campaigns that deliver against key performance metrics for a highly respected automotive client.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Input and maintain charts with heavy data, with a high degree of accuracy
• Responsible for maintaining accurate media flowcharts, trafficking instructions, creative allocations, budgets/billing discrepancies, and make-goods
• Effectively coordinate with internal and external client partner teams
• Assist the team with Point of Views (POV’s) and ad hoc projects
• Evaluate and execute added value and integrated programs
• Assist the team in managing and monitoring media buys, including digital media optimizations and reporting
• Prepare materials for client and vendor meetings
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors

Qualifications

Candidate experience should include:

• Demonstrating resourcefulness, creatively using resources to proactively solve problems
• A passion for keeping up with the latest digital and social media properties
• A working comprehension of required media math
• Proficiency with the following computer software/systems including MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
• An ability to learn various types of technology that supports this role
• Attention to detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
• Ability to demonstrate proactiveness and problem solving skills

• An ideal candidate will have a general understanding of media, including traditional and digital media channels. This is an entry-level position, however relevant employment (internships or prior agency experience) and/or academic courses related to marketing/media are preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
