Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Buffalo, NY, for a Relocation Specialist. The Relocation Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with corporate relocation processes, coordinating destination services, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client consultations, and supporting a smooth relocation experience. The role also involves delivering training as needed, managing relocation processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Relocation and Relocation processes
• Strong Customer Service and client support skills
• Experience with Destination Services and related coordination
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology and software related to relocation processes
• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or related education is advantageous
