What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create and maintain provider schedule templates for clinics and ancillary services
- Manage scheduling application setup, including creating, updating, and removing templates as needed
- Monitor cancellations of physician clinic schedules and follow up with assigned scheduling providers
- Perform quality checks on assigned facility schedules to report any discrepancies to management
- Develop and monitor reports on patient volumes to support decision-making
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of Template Builder experience
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships

- Relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may enhance candidacy
- Skill in data entry with minimal errors
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence
