What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate various organizational and executive meetings and special events
• Manage complex executive calendars and conference rooms, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and assist office visitors
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, ensuring timely arrangements for catering and technology needs
• Support office operations by managing shared inboxes, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized office systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced professional environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success managing multiple priorities
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Adobe products
• Associate’s degree in office administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
