Restaurant General Manager Full Time NEW

Position Overview:

Kansas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a strong leader who excels at coaching and developing teams while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, though experienced front-of-house leaders with a strong leadership background are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front and back of house
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
• Maintain control of food, beverage, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and maintain service flow
• Drive sales and profitability through strong leadership and execution

Qualifications:

• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting (required)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and teaching
• Ability to manage both FOH and BOH operations preferred
• FOH-focused candidates with proven leadership experience will also be considered
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and cost control
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
