What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate
- Represent AT&T products and services in customer-facing interactions
- Educate customers on available internet, fiber, and wireless solutions
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Answer questions and recommend services based on customer needs
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For IN an AT&T Sales Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
