Product Manager – Air Controls Full Time

Assumes full responsibility for product line management, including product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals. Provides technical expertise and support for Air Controls products across North America while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Supports profitability by establishing pricing strategies, identifying cost-reduction opportunities when needed, and developing business cases that reinforce product strategy. Also evaluates the competitive landscape, defines the product roadmap, and works closely with Operations to manage demand and help ensure product availability meets customer requirements.

Qualifications Required:
Qualification 1:    Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in Engineering; Master’s in engineering or business is preferred.
Qualification 2:    Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering and Product Development, Project Management, Technical Services or other related areas.
Qualification 4:    Experience in commercial vehicles or the automotive industry is preferred.
Qualification 4:    Knowledge of automotive industry; passenger or heavy truck. 
Qualification 5:    Good leadership and cross functional team skills.
Qualification 6:    Financial acumen is preferred.
Qualification 7:    Advanced MS Office products and must have good written, oral and presentation skills.

Travel Requirements: Must be able to work a flexible schedule with the possibility of occasional travel.
