Senior Manager, Patient Engagement Liaison

We are partnered with a reputed oncology biopharmaceutical seeking a compassionate, highly motivated clinical nurse to join their growing Patient Services team. You will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, care partners, and clinical teams; providing guidance, education, and support throughout each patient’s oncology treatment journey across the portfolio.

This is a remote role however has extensive travel for their Central territory. The travel will involve

Bilingual: Expert level Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Assess and tailor support to individual patient needs, including disease state, demographics, and treatment stage
• Communicate empathetically with patients and care partners, meeting them where they are
• Conduct timely follow-ups and track patient journeys in CRM systems
• Educate patients and care partners with accurate, up-to-date clinical and product information
• Collaborate across care partners, clinical practice staff, Patient Access Specialists, and Field Reimbursement Managers
• Document needs, sites of care, and dosing schedules in CRM platforms
• Complete and maintain required Adverse Event and Pharmacovigilance training
• Maintain deep knowledge of assets and associated disease states

Requirements

• BSN required; Master’s degree (Science, Business, or Public Health) preferred
• Active nursing license required
• Minimum 7+ years clinical oncology experience (hematology preferred)
• Nurse navigation and/or OCN certification preferred
• Spanish speaker with ability to enhance medical Spanish proficiency
• Pharma or patient support program experience preferred (CRM, motivational interviewing)
• Up to 40% domestic travel, including overnight; comfort with remote and office-based work
• Must reside in the Central US near a major airport
