2. About the Opportunity:
The Learning & Knowledge Specialist role is dedicated to designing, delivering, and managing new hire and employee training programs that address business and performance needs. This position partners with various departments to develop onboarding, upskilling, and technical learning initiatives, directly contributing to workforce capability and organizational growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Stay current with and apply evolving learning and knowledge practices, trends, and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the employee knowledge base.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and technical skills relevant to the role.
• Design and facilitate training content using existing or newly developed programs.
• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment during facilitation.
• Strategically utilize training materials aligned with learning objectives.
• Provide backup support for colleagues’ primary learning content.
• Update and maintain accurate training documentation.
• Approach complex situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Facilitate virtual or in-person events, managing logistics and participant engagement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with team members on projects, processes, and other work-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate as appropriate.
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering adult training preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Prior claims handling experience preferred.
• Proven experience in planning and organizing training programs required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Growth mindset and resilience in response to challenges.
• Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently or collaboratively.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and commitment to lifelong learning.
• Customer-service orientation and collaborative approach.
• Analytical skills to prepare logical recommendations.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The base salary range for Learning and Knowledge Specialist I is $52,000 – $69,000 annually.
• The base salary range for Learning and Knowledge Specialist II is $60,000 – $78,000 annually.
• Individual pay within these ranges will be based on experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, geography, and market data.
• Additional compensation includes annual incentive pay.
