About the Role
At Nuform Health, Inc., we are transforming lives through personalized health and wellness solutions.
We are hiring Health Specialists to work directly with inbound patients who have already expressed interest in our services. These are warm leads—individuals who have completed an online intake form and are actively seeking support.
This is a high-volume, consultative sales role where you will guide patients through their options, help them commit to a treatment plan, and continue supporting them throughout their wellness journey.
What You’ll Do
- Work exclusively with warm, inbound leads (NO cold calling)
- Conduct high-volume phone consultations with prospective patients
- Understand patient goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Convert consultations into committed patients
- Build and manage relationships from initial consultation through ongoing care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to align on patient treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized patient experience
Performance Expectations
- 100–150+ calls per day
- 4+ hours of talk time daily
- Consistent conversion of inbound leads to sales
- Strong follow-up and relationship management
Compensation
This is a performance-driven sales role.
- Base salary: $31,000
- Commission-based earnings make up the majority of total income
- On average, ~80% of earnings come from commission
- Typical total compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000+ annually, depending on performance
This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and high-income potential, rather than a higher fixed base salary.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to handle objections and guide decisions confidently

- Experience with CRM systems and fast-paced workflows
