Manager of Product Management – Industrial Solutions Aftermarket Full Time

The Manager of Product Management, Industrial Solutions Aftermarket plays an instrumental role in the launch of new products, product lifecycle management, and the development of impactful sales tools to help the organization increase market share using standardized product management processes globally for the baghouse market. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and promote product strategy for assigned product lines working with global cross-functional teams comprised of sales, manufacturing plants, suppliers and product management.
• Pro-actively monitor competitive products, market trends and market perception of assigned product lines to support strategy development and growth.
• Prioritize and ensure success of new product launches by validating market opportunity, creating product value propositions, leading product launch activities and providing product training.
• Manage assigned product lines by pro-actively evaluating, rationalizing, consolidating, cost optimizing and discontinuing products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of experience leading a team or managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience with new product development and product launches

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering
• Strong relationship management capabilities within a global matrixed environment.
• Experience using ARAS Innovator Lifecyle management software, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Tableau, and Oracle BI.
• Prior experience partnering with marketing and sales
• Strong analytical aptitude
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to utilize pivot tables, handle formulas, and utilize Excel to review data)

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $103,300 – $134,200.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
