Overview

Summit First Construction is looking for an individual interested in gaining real-world experience in business, sales, and construction management.

As a Field Analyst, you’ll work alongside our team to help property owners identify potential storm damage and guide them through the construction claim restoration process. This role provides hands-on experience communicating with property owners, evaluating properties, and learning how exterior restoration projects move from inspection to completion.

Unlike many traditional sales positions, this role offers real responsibility, real world experience, and real earning potential.

What You’ll Learn

• How the construction industry operates

Responsibilities

• Meet with property owners, HOA’s councils, commercial property managers, real estate firms to evaluate properties for potential storm damage
• Assist with scheduling and conducting forensic damage inspections
• Help homeowners understand the restoration process
• Work with our internal team to track inspections and project progress
• Conduct forensic and general inspections
• Build professional communication and sales skills through real world experience
