Position Overview

Pipeline Theory is seeking motivated and professional individuals for a Graduate Management Trainee position within our event marketing team in downtown Columbus.

This role is designed as a structured development opportunity, providing hands-on experience across customer engagement, team support, and day-to-day operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced team members to build practical skills and gradually take on increased responsibility.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop skills in marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of live, in-person marketing events
• Engage with customers and provide information about products or services
• Assist with daily operational tasks and team coordination
• Participate in training sessions focused on communication and leadership development
• Contribute to team-based goals and maintain performance standards
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to commute to the downtown Columbus area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
• 1 Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
