Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Lifestyle Advisor at Ncognito, located in Wellington, FL. As a Lifestyle Advisor, you will help clients enhance their wellness journeys by offering concierge services.

You will be responsible for calling, texting and emailing clients and light maintenance of the studio.

You’ll foster a community of accountability and motivation while maintaining a high standard of service within a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellence in communication and interpersonal relationship building
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A background in scheduling software platforms in massage therapy, fitness training, or nutrition is advantageous
