VP of Sales – Medspa & Aesthetics Industry Full Time

Our AI-powered software handles the full revenue and operations lifecycle – from lead capture and qualification to booking, follow-up, and backend automation – helping medspa owners drive significantly more patient volume while slashing operational overhead. Medspas are a $20B+ industry still running on fragmented CRMs, manual front-desk workflows, and marketing that doesn’t scale. Roles & Responsibilties

• Build and lead the sales function from the ground up — from first dollar of ARR to scaled revenue org
• Own the full GTM motion: outbound, inbound, demos, negotiation, close, and renewal
• Hire, coach, and scale a world-class sales team — AEs, SDRs, and future sales leaders
• Shape our go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and segmentation around what medspa operators actually need
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and quarterly targets
• Leverage our AI platform to differentiate in every conversation — ROI is immediate and demonstrable
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, directly informing product and roadmap priorities
• Navigate the nuances of selling into aesthetic medicine — owners, practice managers, and providers each drive the decision differently
• Partner directly with the founding team on company-defining strategy, fundraising narrative, and category creation

• Early-stage equity: 0.5 – 1.5%

Qulifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in Medspa indistry .
• Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota – both as an IC and as a leader
• Experience building a sales function from scratch at an early-stage startup (seed through Series B)
• Deep understanding of how SMB healthcare, aesthetic, or wellness businesses make purchasing decisions
• Personal network or prior selling experience within medspas, aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or adjacent wellness verticals
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and scaling AE and SDR teams
• Startup mentality – thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration with high ownership
• Bonus: hands-on experience with medspa operations, aesthetic practice management software, or selling directly to owner-operators
