Job Summary

Join our dynamic retail team at Farah! As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, warmly welcoming guests and enhancing their experience through exceptional service. Your responsibilities include assisting guests with product knowledge, managing transactions with a computerized cash register, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean environment. Key qualifications include a higher secondary education and moderate communication skills. Previous retail experience is desirable but not required. Bring your passion for customer service and teamwork to ensure every guest leaves with a smile!

Responsibilities

• Greeting / welcoming the guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assisting and advising guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products.
• Efficiently handle computerized cash register transactions.
• Arranging and maintaining product displays and taking product inventory.

Qualifications

• The required experience level for the Sales Associate position is “Entry-level (0-2 years)” as there are no essential years of experience listed and previous retail experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• The minimum education level demanded by the role is “Higher secondary or equivalent.”
