Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Technician. The technician will be responsible for providing technical and help desk support, troubleshooting issues, diagnosing and repairing desktop computers, and assisting end-users remotely. Daily responsibilities include responding to service requests, resolving technical incidents, maintaining documentation of support activities, and ensuring minimal downtime for hardware and software systems.
