What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Resolve inbound service calls regarding routine questions and inquiries related to loss drafts from borrowers, contractors, and insurance companies
• Accurately document call activity in the Loss Draft Tracking system
• Set up processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests pertinent to the loss draft process
• Apply de-escalation skills for upset callers and refer unresolved calls to appropriate team members
• Perform other duties as required to support customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required
• Minimum of three (3) years of high-level data entry or related call center experience
• Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in mortgage insurance
• Familiarity with general office machines
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced phone queue environment
• Willingness to attend initial on-the-job training sessions
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 – 20 lbs. of files or documents
