What You’ll Do

• Learn and practice all culinary duties and food production standards in preparation for a supervisor role.
• Follow all Food and Beverage WLW SOP’s, health department regulations, and federal guidelines.
• Inspect all incoming foods for freshness and proper specifications.
• Store raw foods and prepared items following mandated procedures.
• Maintain food prep records in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Manage food cost and labor cost, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing overtime.
• Supervise and mentor the stewarding department for career development and potential advancement.
• Maintain a respectful and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork.
• Assist with moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating a ranch vehicle or ranger.

What You’ll Bring

• Creativity, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in pastry and baking techniques such as cakes, breads, pastries, desserts, chocolate work, dough preparation, decorating, and dessert plating.
• Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.88 – $21.14 per hour
