We’re looking for a stellar part-time Front Desk Associate (FDA) to join our established and high-performing team at Myo West Hollywood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.
📍 Myo – West Hollywood (8354 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069)
💡 We’re looking for candidates who are available to work 3 shifts per week, with all shifts scheduled as either AM or PM shifts, including 2 weekdays and a required Sunday shift.
FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
- Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging
- Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
- Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
- Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
