Quality Assurance Specialist | Multiple Levels | Remote

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

• Establish processes for evaluating hardware, software, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Devise and execute tests to evaluate, debug, and verify the accuracy and reliability of systems against specifications.

• Report malfunctions, bugs, and errors to management for resolution.

• Create, review, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Software Quality Assurance Plans (SQAPs).

• Manage quality reports and documentation using Digital Engineering tools.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software and systems engineering environments.

• Solid grasp of quality control principles, including ISO-9001 standards.

• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and Agile management environments (Confluence, JIRA).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage quality documentation.

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Permanent Resident with 3+ years of U.S. residency.
