Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support Officer. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving desktop computer and printer-related concerns, and maintaining smooth IT operations. The IT Support Officer will also ensure timely issue resolution while working collaboratively with other team members in a remote setting.

Qualifications
