About the Opportunity:
This team provides meeting and event planning services designed to inspire, motivate, and change behavior for customers. The Event Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences from concept through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex projects from start to finish with precision and attention to detail
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and partners
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Resolve challenges with creative solutions while maintaining composure
• Communicate clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, meeting planning, or event operations
• Hands-on expertise with registration services or on-site logistics
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred
• Experience launching new processes or technology platforms
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-day events
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually, both international and domestic
• Availability during Eastern or Central Standard working hours preferred
• This is a project management role, not event management

Compensation:
• Salary range for US candidates is $60,000 to $95,000
• Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and project budget
