Deployment Specialist Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Deployment Specialist to support customer account setup. This is a detail-oriented role focused on entering and reviewing data, processing files, checking information for accuracy, and following established procedures. The position involves repetitive operational tasks that require strong focus, consistency, and attention to detail. The right person for this role is able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment where small mistakes can impact customers, equipment orders, or account setup timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer account information accurately within internal systems
• Build and process setup files needed to activate new customer accounts and equipment
• Review information for errors, missing details, or mismatches before accounts are finalized
• Transfer files between systems and vendors to support account setup and equipment deployment
• Perform routine checks and reconciliations to ensure data is accurate across multiple systems
• Document completed work, issues, and updates clearly within internal tracking systems
• Troubleshoot account setup or deployment problems and work with internal teams to resolve them
• Support ongoing account maintenance and update requests as needed
• Monitor shipment activity to confirm equipment orders are being processed and delivered on time
• Follow established procedures carefully to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Assist with recurring operational reports and administrative tasks related to deployments
• Build and submit equipment orders and account setup files needed for merchant onboarding
• Prepare, box, package, and ship payment terminals, accessories, and other equipment as needed
• Physically assist with equipment fulfillment and shipping tasks within the office when needed
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and shipping partners to resolve equipment or deployment issues
• Prioritize urgent deployment requests and work efficiently to meet setup and shipment timelines
• Support inventory tracking and ensure equipment orders are accurate and complete before shipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative, or process-driven work
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to quickly identify discrepancies or missing information
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently within a structured operational environment
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain focus and consistency while performing repetitive operational and data entry tasks for extended periods
• Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
• Comfort with frequently switching between spreadsheets, websites, and other computer-based platforms throughout the day
• Comfort with both computer-based operational work and occasional hands-on shipping/fulfillment tasks
• Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment packages (up to 25–30 lbs) as needed
• ​Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy

Schedule & Location

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed
• Hybrid schedule (on-site in Raleigh, NC four days per week)

Pay: $20.00 per hour
