Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Journeyman Finish Carpenter, where your expertise in precise craftsmanship will bring architectural visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing your skills to deliver exceptional finish work. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for installing, high end wood trim and paneling.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior finish carpentry components including trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, and windows with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, and hardware while adhering to safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Finish Carpenter or similar role within the construction industry.
- Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and specialized equipment related to carpentry tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites along with the ability to follow all OSHA guidelines.
Pay: $44.97 – $46.97 per hour
