Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year experience in service coordination, dispatch, or technical call center support
• Prior exposure to BAS, EMS, HVAC, or facilities systems environments
• Ability to support a high‑call‑volume, alarm‑driven queue
• Strong troubleshooting and issue‑triage skills
• Comfortable prioritizing tickets under SLA and time‑sensitive conditions
• Experience working in ticketing or work‑order systems
• Clear verbal and written communication with field technicians and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• High School Diploma or GED

Role Overview

The Service Coordinator / Technical Support Agent supports live commercial building operations , serving as the frontline contact for Building Automation, HVAC controls, and Energy Management Systems .

This role is operations‑focused and fast‑paced, responsible for alarm triage, ticket management, and dispatch coordination for field technicians. It is not a basic customer service role and requires strong attention to detail and sound decision‑making in a mission‑critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and triage BAS/HVAC system alerts and service requests
• Monitor alarms, offline devices, scheduling, and setpoint issues
• Manage tickets from creation through closure
• Coordinate dispatch and escalation of field technicians
• Communicate system status and next steps to internal teams and customers
• Document troubleshooting actions and outcomes
• Support system portals and operational updates as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Round Rock, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
