We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented graphic designer with an interest and experience in sign design to join our dynamic team at Signarama.

Position Description: In this full-time, in-person, role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, including indoor/outdoor signage, tradeshow displays, wall murals, vehicle wraps, banners, donor walls, large physical displays, and other interior branding elements for large organizations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential to excel in this position. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and drive, and at least one year of sign design experience. Additional skillsets related to graphic installations and/or graphic printing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design various signage and graphics projects, including interior space designs
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Continuously learn and adapt to new design techniques, software, and industry trends
• Ensure design work is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Sign design experience
• Experience in vector and raster design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative mind and interest in generating unique designs for customers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines

This is a full time, in-person, position at our production facility in Lancaster, PA. You will report to the Print & Design Supervisor. Hours are typically longer days Monday-Thursday, with half day on Friday. This arrangement is somewhat flexible for the right candidate.
