Role Description

The Course Creator role is a part-time remote position focused on designing and developing short, practical, and highly engaging educational content for the Univerze platform.

Unlike traditional online schooling, content on Univerze is built to be fast, outcome-driven, and relevant to real student goals. Course Creators will turn knowledge and skills into structured, digestible learning experiences, typically in the form of short-form videos, interactive lessons, or guided modules.

The goal is to help students build real-world skills, strengthen their experience portfolios, and become more competitive for internships and early career opportunities through practical, actionable content.

Responsibilities include researching in-demand skills and student needs, designing clear learning pathways, creating engaging multimedia content, and continuously improving courses based on user feedback and performance data. Course Creators will collaborate closely with the Univerze team to ensure all content is aligned with platform goals and delivers real value to users.

Qualifications

• Content Development and Instructional Design Skills: Ability to break down complex topics into clear, structured, and engaging learning content tailored for short-form digital education.
• Research and Analytical Skills: Experience identifying skill gaps, understanding student needs, and analyzing trends to create relevant and high-impact course material.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Canva, basic video editing tools, or web-based learning platforms.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all educational materials.
• Adaptability: Comfortable iterating quickly in a startup environment and responding to user feedback and product needs.
• Experience: Background in education, content creation, tutoring, instructional design, or relevant industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong practical expertise in a skill area (such as marketing, design, coding, business, etc.) is highly valued.
