The HSE Engineer supports the Company HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager to implement the HSE management system. The role assists in planning, implementation, evaluation and analyzing HSE activities at site to ensure HSE target and objectives are measured and achieved.
- Assist in the implementation of and compliance to the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP)
- and Project HSE Management Programme.
- Arrange, conduct and participates in training sessions, HSE Committee and Coordination Meetings.
- Advise supervisory Staff with regards to accident prevention and improvement related to work methods.
- Assist in leading and supervising HSE officers onsite.
- Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project
- HSE plan and HSEMS requirement.
- Ensure that existing hazards, unsafe work conditions and /or practices are identified on a daily basis and
- observation reports are raised and corrective measures are recorded.
- Ensure to address and report violation on daily basis and make necessary recommendations.
- Monitor timely reporting of project HSE performance Ensure achievement of HSE goals on project.

- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Job Experience
0-1 years of experience in HSE
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with OSHA / IOSH / NEBOSH
- Diploma in NEBOSH or any Related Technical Certificates
