Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Operations Manager based in Garland, TX. The Food Operations Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring quality standards, compliance with safety regulations, and inventory management. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, budget management, supplier negotiations, and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, handling customer feedback, and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management, including supervisory and team leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance
• Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and supply chain coordination
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for operational management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as ServSafe or HACCP are a plus
• Proven track record in the food service or hospitality industry
